BKMEA Publications Cell at a Glance

In the Modern Civilization, every organization has publication and External affairs department which dissemination organizational activities. Keeping that view in mind, BKMEA management has Set up a Publications and External affairs Cell, a dedicated Cell specialized in publication and external affairs that always try to uphold the knitwear sector of Bangladesh in national and international level from the beginning of BKMEA. Since its inception in 2012 this department is working independently under the supervision of BKMEA Top management. This department exclusively publishes Knit Barta, Knit Communique and Knit Bulletin monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis. In addition to that Publication Cell also works for global market information for business development, periodic, research paper, working paper, training manual, and many more.

Responsibility of Publication Team

• To prepare index, topic for Knit Barta Magazine, Knit Communiqué Magazine and Knit Bulletin etc.
• To publish different types of Training manuals Book for BKMEA all projects.
• To publish Dairy, Calendar, Annual Report, Member Directory & Especial Gift item for VIP.
• To publish leaflet, Posters, Certificate, Crest, Banner etc related to RMG sector.
• To prepare regular reports and articles on knit sector.
• To collect latest and related data from different sources and keep them available for others through/after proper presentation modules/methods.
• To maintain liaison with other stakeholders, government bodies and development partners as well printing house.
• To provide Conceptual idea for graphic design.
• To arrange Press conference
• To Internal communication with Senior management
• To maintain BKMEA archive
• To arrange fair and event management
