Regarding any kind of over payment or service cancel, you can apply for the payment refund within 07 days of the payment date.

You may apply through hardcopy on your company letterhead or through below mentioned email. After approved from BKMEA management, the accounts section will disburse the amount to your mentioned account number.

As per Digital Policy 2021, the refund has to be completed within 10 working days.
