If any regular member doesn’t take UD service from BKMEA for continuous one or more years, his/her
membership will automatically be suspended until s/he provides the documents of resumption of expert, UD
being taken from BKMEA and factory being run.

If any member is found to have submitted fake documents to BKMEA for under advantages, then the board of
directors can take the following decisions-
- Stop the services of the unit
- Suspend the membership of the unit
- Cancel the membership of the unit.

Again if any member is found to have violated BKMEA rules of regulation, then the board of directors can
take the following decisions-
- Stop the services of the unit
- Suspend the membership of the unit
- Cancel the membership of the unit.
